Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Artem Kurtiak (“we”) for the game Sunny Bay (“the app”). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the copy you install from the App Store.

The game

Sunny Bay is a merge game. We may change items, orders, prices, bonuses and other rules, and we may stop offering the app. The game is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, items and other things you collect exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person. We may change how they work or how many you receive from a purchase.

Purchases

Gem packs are consumable in-app purchases sold by Apple. We do not receive your card or billing details. A purchase is complete when Apple confirms it. If the gems do not appear, open the game while you are online: it checks for unfinished purchases and adds the missing gems.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Parents and account holders can turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time.

“No ads” is a one-time purchase that turns off ads between play on every device that uses the same Apple account (use Settings → Restore purchases). Optional bonus videos stay available.

Your progress

Progress and settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. There is no account to restore them from.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, break, copy or resell the app, and do not use it in a way that harms the game or other people. We may stop a purchase or a bonus that was obtained by breaking the game.
